MORE ABOUT THE CHARITIES SUPPORTED BY THIS EVENT
PreventALL aims to support research into the prevention of childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia whilst also supporting local families going through treatment. We are based in Telford and aim to help families across Shropshire and the West Midlands. We are joining forces for this event with another charity called Simple Acts of Kindness who are based in Wolverhampton and who provide support to families or individuals that find themselves in difficult circumstances and require home items, clothing, shoes etc. Many families referred to SAoK are in refuge, have faced domestic abuse situations and/or are living in poverty. The organisation works closely with a network of local charities and social enterprises to efficiently signpost those in need and organise essential items wherever needed. We will be splitting the proceeds from our joint venture to help support both charities.
