A MAN told police where to find his wife’s body shortly before he was found dead at the scene of a single car collision in what police believe to be a murder suicide.
Police discovered the body of a woman named locally as Linda Ordinans in a house in Wolverhampton yesterday morning after receiving a phone call from her husband Nigel.
Her husband was later found 180 miles away close to Dover docks at the scene of a collision.
Detective Inspector Warren Hines said: “We are in the early stages of our investigation but it seems that the man has killed his wife before taking his own life.
“We are not looking for anyone else at present in connection with either death.”

Neighbour’s have spoken of their “shock” at the deaths of the quiet couple believed to be in their 60s.
One neighbour said: “I was woken up at 12.45am on Thursday morning. I heard a noise like a door slamming, and then four police cars turned up.
“The police were here all yesterday as well. I’m just as shocked as everyone else.
“I think he retired about a year ago. I would see them walking their two rottweilers.”
Up until his retirement about six months ago Nigel was a transport manager while Linda was an office worker, neighbours revealed.
It is believed the couple had lived on the street for more than 20 years.
Another neighbour, Kathleen Edwards, 89, said: “I never saw her. I don’t think she was allowed out to be honest.
“I didn’t hear or see anything, so I was really shocked when the police came round.
“They just kept themselves to themselves. I never really saw them do anything.”
Anyone with information is asked to call DI Hines on 101.
